The Others is a groundbreaking platform devoted to the emerging contemporary art scene.
The Others’ real commitment is taking the lead in introducing young talents and supporting the emerging art through the creation of a network of next generation art professionals, collectors and art-fans and by providing a hub for the exchange of ideas and opportunities, developing and exploring cultures and subcultures, focusing on research, creative development and experimentation.
The best way to advance the art research and create our vision of the future is to promote and raise awareness to others. Supporting the next generation is an obligation to our futures.

Art professionals, profit and non-profit organizations, who work on continuous programs dedicated to young and emerging artists, will meet in Turin, 4 – 6 November 2011 in the fascinating venue of Le Nuove, the former old prison placed in the heart of the city.

A Selection Committee will choose The Others' participants and it will be composed by:

Claudio Composti - Mc2 Gallery director
Alessandro Facente - independent curator
Michele Lupi - Rolling Stone director
